At Meet Your Therapist, we envision a world where mental health care is not a privilege but a right—accessible, inclusive, and free of stigma. Our vision is to build a safe, empathetic space where individuals of all ages feel seen, heard, and supported on their journey toward emotional well-being.
We aim to bridge the mental health gap in India, by connecting people with compassionate, qualified therapists who understand their unique challenges. Rooted in empathy, guided by science, and driven by lived experience, we strive to make therapy a transformative experience—one that fosters self-awareness, healing, and growth.
Meet Your Therapist exists to remind people that they are never alone—and that help is not only available but empowering.
Arushika is a psychologist, therapist, mental health advocate, and the founder of Meet Your Therapist. Her journey into mental health care was deeply personal. Watching her mother silently battle emotional pain, misdiagnosed and misunderstood for years, was a turning point. Healing began only when a compassionate psychiatrist truly saw her. That experience lit a fire in her—to ensure no one else feels unseen in their struggle.
Armed with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology, along with an RCI-recognized Postgraduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology, She has worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered, combining evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Relaxation Techniques, and Behavioural Interventions.
With over 4+ years of experience, Arushika continues to advocate for accessible and inclusive mental health care. Through Meet Your Therapist, she is committed to building safe, empathetic, and stigma-free spaces—especially in underserved communities—where healing is collaborative, and mental well-being is treated as a fundamental right.
Because mental health deserves more than silence, stigma, or one-size-fits-all solutions.
Meet Your Therapist was created to make emotional well-being personal, accessible, and meaningful. We understand that seeking help can feel overwhelming—especially when you're unsure where to start, who to trust, or whether you'll be understood. That’s why we go beyond just matching people with therapists. We create a space where trust is built, voices are heard, and healing begins.
