As a psychologist practicing in Bangalore, my focus is on offering ethical, compassionate, and practical mental health support within a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space.

Outside the therapy room, I value balance, creativity, and everyday moments of joy. I enjoy playing badminton, listening to music, and dancing—activities that help me stay present and energised. I also like to sketch and paint whenever time allows, as creative expression is an important part of my own emotional well-being.
On emotionally heavier days, I turn to simple grounding practices such as colouring, long walks, or allowing myself adequate rest and sleep. These small yet intentional acts help me reset, stay connected to myself, and continue showing up with clarity and warmth in my therapeutic work.
